Software Development Engineer Intern
工作职责： Independently design, develop, and implement a simple mobile application using Flutter and python, from concept to deployment. Collaborate with the development team to integrate complex functionalities and ensure seamless user experiences. Conduct thorough testing to identify bugs and ensure software quality before deployment. Manage version control and maintain documentation throughout the development process. Engage with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements, ensuring the application meets all technical and business needs. Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates on project progress and discuss challenges.

Senior Quantitative Researcher
工作职责： Develop and implement complex quantitative models that drive algorithmic trading strategies. Collaborate with a team of quants and developers to integrate models into the trading infrastructure. Perform back-testing and forward-testing of trading models to ensure robustness and scalability. Stay abreast of new research and advancements in algorithmic trading to continuously improve strategies. Analyze large datasets to identify trading opportunities and insights. Present research findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
