Describe your proudest experience. Be prepared to discuss how the project was determined, how you handled disagreements with teammates, what the final output was, and where the challenges lay.
2. Self-introduction and Motivation
Provide a self-introduction, discuss what you do in your free time, explain why you chose the company, and describe what you value most when selecting a company to work for.
3. Behavioral Interview Round
There will be a behavioral interview round where you will discuss your personal experiences, resume, and aspects of your life. The focus will be on assessing your soft skills, cultural fit, and communication abilities.
4. Behavioral Questions
Answer a series of behavioral questions, such as describing a team project you led, how tasks were assigned, why you wanted to work on that particular project, dealing with difficult colleagues and resolving conflicts, providing feedback to colleagues to help them improve, receiving feedback and how you addressed it, making trade-offs or compromises for a project, the most challenging project you've worked on, and the kind of help people usually seek from you.
